Warranty:
All Nickel City Pens have a one year warranty against defects in manufacturing or component failure. Any pen that ceases to work properly within 1 year of purchase, as a result of assembly or component failure, will be repaired or replaced* at no expense. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any and all damages that result from improper use or abuse are excluded from warranty coverage, but may be returned for repair.
This warranty excludes all ink cartridge or damages that result from using incompatible cartridges. Replacement cartridges can be purchased at most office supply stores, or by calling Nickel City Pens at (716) 662-1808
If your pen is damaged and is eligible for warranty repair, mail to:

If your pen requires service/repair, but is out of warranty, you may forward it to Nickel City and receive a free estimate for repair, or a 20% discount on a new pen of equal or greater value.
*If your pen is unable to be repaired, you may choose to select a new pen of comparable style and material.
