• Beginning January 1st, 2012, Compu-Trax is offering its patient tracking program without requiring the variance submission service. For one low per patient fee, clinics will receive a weekly status report identifying which patients eligible for re-evaluation, have a variance due, or are reaching the limit of care as defined by the guidelines. Clinics that wish to continue having Compu-Trax submit variances will continue with their current service.

• Re-evaluation Charges: Many clinics have reported carriers denying re-evaluation charges, stating that they are limited to 8 units for a daily charge. We have been very successful working on behalf of providers, providing copies of guidelines and WCB statements that have made it clear re-evaluations are required, and should be performed by the treating therapist. If you are not getting fairly compensated for your re-evaluations, contact Compu-Trax we will assist you in getting the compensation your are entitled to.
  
  
• Beginning January 1st, 2012, Compu-Trax is offering a 1 month, free trial enrollment. During this time, you will be able to enroll patients and receive weekly status reports at no charge. At the end of the trial period, you have the "no-risk "option to cancel or continue. To begin enrolling, use the enrollment form located on the home page.
